Whether you are a beginner or an experienced artist, you will find dollmaking to be satisfying at any level. From the simple, lovable baby dolls and sweet modern child dolls all the way to the exquisite, expensive French lady dolls and the fabulous Brus, dollmaking has something for everyone.
At Angelic Creations, we encourage both authentic reproduction dolls (copying antique dolls) and modern artist interpretation dolls (creating the doll to your desire). Dolls are a true art form, unique in both style and costume. Whether you choose antique dolls, distinguished by their distinctive painting, or modern, noted for their realistic sculpting, both are encouraged and welcomed at Angelic Creations.
At Angelic Creations, we have trained and nurtured many successful dollmakers who have gone on to become sculptures, teachers and retailers. We offer thanks to our students and clientele for many successful years in the field of dollmaking and look forward to many more.

Angelic Creations is a progressing dollmaking schools and store that strives to be on the cutting edge of new techniques and methods. We have been serving dollmakers in Naperville, IL for 28 years with a staff of trained, experienced teachers working under the direction of Angel Whitt, owner of Angelic Creations and the Lady Angel doll line. Our teachers are helpful and cheerful and want to help you be the best dollmaker you can be. By utilizing both group and one-on-one teaching, we are able to help you learn many different techniques for both the novice and the skilled dollmaker. As well as developing your dollmaking skills, many friendships are made as you work on your dolls and share your interests with other classmates.

Angelic Creations has adopted a simple but basic philosophy. Dolls are a way of life, and it shouldn’t hurt to make dolls. For this reason, we are pleased to offer you a smoke-free, health conscious environment. We use only water based paint and mediums, and teach the water cleaning method for soft-fired porcelain.
As of January 2013 we are not accepting any new students. Angel is retiring from teaching porcelain dollmaking after 32 years. She wants to spend more time on toy surgery. It is a much needed service. Customers from all over the United States & Canada have been shipping dolls & stuffed animals daily to the hospital. She has decided to spend her work day saving the lives of dolls & toys. Ultimately making children & adult children relived to get help for their ailing childhood friends.
